- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities (resignations, full & final settlement, exit interviews).Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.Maintain employee records in HRMS and physical files.Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.Provide support during company events, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing.Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, warning, relieving, etc.).Performance Management & Development
Assist in KRA / KPI setting, appraisal process, and performance improvement plans.Support training & development initiatives as per business needs.Key Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of HR basics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in HRExperience in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance is preferred.Show more
