• Create employee engagement programs that connect, inspire, and retain talent.
• Lead performance management with clear metrics, timely reviews, and growth pathways.
• Design training & development that upskills people and builds future leaders.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Integrate HR processes with ERP & HRMIS for efficiency and data-driven decisions.
