Role Overview _
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep expertise in Gulf-region blue-collar hiring to drive strategic growth, client acquisition, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manpower export , strong industry networks, and the ability to craft scalable business strategies aligned with compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and onboard new clients across Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, etc.)
Build long-term relationships with contractors, facility management firms, and infrastructure companies
Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with market standards and compliance norms
Market Expansion & Strategy
Develop and execute BD strategies to expand into new sectors (construction, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.)
Analyze competitor offerings and pricing models to refine positioning
Operational Collaboration
Work closely with sourcing and documentation teams to ensure timely mobilization
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for visa processing, emigration clearance, and audits
Brand & Outreach
Represent the company at industry expos, client meetings, and trade delegations
Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and digital outreach
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in blue-collar Gulf recruitment
Strong understanding of GCC labor laws , visa categories, and recruitment cycles
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, recruitment platforms, and pricing frameworks
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
