We are looking for a seasoned Business Development and Operations Manager with proven experience in the manpower outsourcing industry . The ideal candidate must have a strong background in business development roles within manpower services and a deep understanding of sourcing and placing high-end professionals across sectors such as banking, healthcare, education, and professional services both in the UAE and internationally.
This dual-role position combines strategic operations and business development , focusing on building strong client relationships, partnering with recruitment agencies, and delivering customized outsourcing solutions to prestigious organizations.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Business Development & Growth
Design and implement business strategies specifically targeting manpower outsourcing for high-skilled roles like bankers, doctors, educators, and professionals.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients in sectors such as banking, healthcare, and education.
3. Recruitment Agency & Partner Management
Establish and maintain a solid network of manpower and recruitment agencies, talent acquisition partners, and regional staffing firms.
4. Market Intelligence & Analysis
Conduct market research to track trends in outsourcing, staffing needs, and industry-specific workforce demand.
5. Sales Execution & Revenue Delivery
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and account expansions.
6. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Forge strategic alliances with vendors, service providers, and industry stakeholders to expand service capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
