Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and maintaining customer records. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, following up on leads, and achieving call targets set by management.

• Basic Computer and Data Entry skills
• Effective Listening and Interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and Organizational abilities
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
