We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated International Telecaller to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to help drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
Communicate clearly in spoken English

Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and preferably another foreign language.

Basic knowledge of international calling procedures and etiquette.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
