Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on Business and Data Analysis to join our team. You will play a crucial role in handling release management processes, deployments, and release management tools within the financial services industry. As part of a dynamic global team, you will effectively gather and document software requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive team performance, all while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and SDLC.

- Drive team performance and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or critical issues
- Support and collaborate across functions at all levels
- Contribute to the migration of 2 CMS platforms to AEM
- Utilize proficiency in Agile Execution tools like Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Work effectively within a dynamic development environment and global teams
- Ensure attention to detail and drive team performance
- Apply technical knowledge of marketing technologies and digital marketing channels
