We are seeking a results-driven Telecalling Officer to join our team for an outbound sales process with Kotak 811 Banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers to pitch and sell banking products and services, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Kotak 811 Banking products.
- Explain the features and benefits of various banking products to meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by Kotak.
- Document all sales activities, customer information, and call outcomes accurately in the system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities and close deals.
Skills Required
Experience in telecalling or a sales role within a voice process.A strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management ( CRM ) software.Skills Required
