Key Responsibilities :
- Inbound Calls :
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and assist with issues related to products or services.
- Offer technical or product support, explain features, and guide customers through processes.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, or exchanges as requested by customers.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up as needed.
- Outbound Calls :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, existing clients, or leads.
- Conduct surveys, offer promotions, or explain products / services to generate interest.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding account status, renewals, or feedback.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales or opportunities.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services / products to customers.
- Achieve sales and service targets, maintaining high conversion rates.
