We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the Banking Process As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their banking queries, transactions, and financial service requests while ensuring high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls / emails / chats related to banking services.
- Assist customers with queries regarding savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and online banking.
- Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Resolve customer issues effectively within defined turnaround times.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow all regulatory & company guidelines.
- Achieve defined performance metrics including customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Requirements :
Graduate in any stream (Experienced can apply).CIBIL Score : 600+HSC + 11months & above BPO experienceExcellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).Graduate + 6 months & above experienceBasic knowledge of banking / financial services preferred.Ability to work in rotational shifts (US)Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Typing speed & computer proficiency is an added advantage.Any domain (non-BPO experience also acceptable)Benefits :
