Key Responsibilities :
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Identify prospects through various methods like cold calling, research, or networking.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products or services.
- Sales Conversion :
- Engage with prospects to close sales by effectively addressing objections and showcasing product benefits.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely conversions and resolve queries.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering the best solutions.
- Sales Strategy Implementation :
- Implement sales strategies and campaigns to boost sales volume and customer acquisition.
- Track progress and report on sales activities, challenges, and results.
- Documentation & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Submit regular sales activity reports to management for performance tracking.
