Business Development Manager - Mining

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end mining operations across multiple sites in India.
• Plan, execute, and monitor OB removal and MDO projects , ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency .
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations at all mining sites.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams for smooth coordination.
• Drive operational excellence and implement best practices in mining operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mining professionals and support staff .
• Develop strategic plans for mining expansion, resource optimization, and project scalability.
