Manager - Mining (MDO) and Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end mining operations across multiple sites in India.
• Plan, execute, and monitor OB removal and MDO projects ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations at all mining sites.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams for seamless coordination.
• Drive operational excellence and implement best practices in mining operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals and support staff .
• Develop strategic plans for mining expansion and resource optimization .
