Role : Government Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business development and sales for government infrastructure projects (EPC, HAM, and power transmission).
- Identify, track, and manage government tenders, bids, and RFPs.
- Build and maintain strong networks with government agencies, PSUs, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage the end-to-end bidding cycle including documentation, proposals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal technical, finance, and project teams to create competitive bids.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, policies, and funding trends.
- Support leadership in securing large-ticket government contracts (- 2,000- 5,000 crore projects).
Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration; MBA preferred.6-12 years of experience in government sales, tendering, or business development in EPC / Infrastructure / Power sectors.Demonstrated success in winning or contributing to large-scale government projects.Strong understanding of EPC and HAM project models, and government procurement processes.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a dynamic environment.What's on Offer :
