Job Objective :
- Engage with different Commands & Channel Partner Development.
- Understanding customer needs in the target market and offer competitive products from our product portfolio.
Key Responsibility Areas :
CRM-Driven Business Development & Sales Management.Develop and execute strategies to enhance market penetration and increase business volume.Own and manage the sales funnel for the designated region / market.Target-Driven Execution :
Monitor and drive sales growth and profitability while achieving the targets.Brand Awareness :
Boost brand visibility in the market through client visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows, and business meetings.Willingness to travel extensively.Technical Collaboration :
Work closely with the technical team to define and communicate desired specifications based on client requirements.Opportunity Identification :
Identify opportunities during the conceptual phase before RFI / EOI and prepare winning strategies ahead of tenders.Effective Bid Management :
Collaborate with back-end executives and other teams to ensure timely and effective bid documentation and participation.Qualification & Experience :
Bachelors in Mechanical / Electronics & Communication / Any and / or Masters degree in Marketing / Sales (MBA will be preferred).Prior experience of working with different Commands.Should have very clear knowledge of business development in Commands / Police / CAPF.8 to 12 years of overall experience, with 6 to 8 years in similar role.(ref : iimjobs.com)
