Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – IT Services (Overseas Clients) at Jcentrix located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing overseas client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on IT services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client requirements, craft tailored solutions, and effectively present proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities, forecasts, and revenue growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while protecting company interests.
- Represent the company at international events, webinars, and business forums.
