    Sr. HR Executive

    Location - Santacruz East , Mumbai

    We are looking for a HR Executive candidate with maximum

    experience in the recruitment space and some experience in the Operations space

    with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting

    candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

    Job Responsibility

  • The Role includes 70% recruitment and 30% operations role.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job

    • specifications.

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements

    • and objectives.

  • Post JDs to appropriate job board / newspapers / colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social

    • media

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and

    • selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft

    • skills, experience and aptitudes.

  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate

    • relationships during the selection process.

    Qualification and Experience

  • Graduation degree or equivalent
  • Experience in driving process improvement.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience.

    • Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and sales

    • applications.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to

    • multi-task.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
