IT Business Analyst Oracle CPQ

Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment on CPQ objectives. Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies and quotation processes. Document business processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project life cycles. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for CPQ initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in CPQ implementation. Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Oracle CPQ systems and processes. Strong understanding of sales processes and experience in configuring pricing models. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in SQL and Excel preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing changes and challenges. Experience with CPQ tools and ERP systems is highly desirable.
What you will do :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and define requirements for Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support the implementation of CPQ solutions, including integration with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ tools and processes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze CPQ system performance and user feedback for ongoing enhancements.
