Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business / System Analyst to join our team.

Job Description :

• Participation in discovery phases and workshops with customers , covering key business and product requirements.
• Managing project scope, requirements management and their impact on existing requirements, defining dependencies on other teams.
• Creating business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications and technical requirements (including flow diagrams, data mappings, examples).
• Close collaboration with development team (requirements presentation, backlog grooming, requirements change management, technical solution design together with Tech Lead, etc.
• Regular communication with internal (Product, Account management, Business teams) and external stakeholders (Partners, Customers).
• Preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing, including UAT scenarios, validation cases, and demos for internal stakeholders.
• Creating documentation (user guides, technical guides, presentations).
