IT Business Analyst - Agile Methodologies

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience, preferably in technology or software development environments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be adept at translating complex business requirements into actionable deliverables.

This role requires excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop clear and concise user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications to guide software development and business process improvement.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, participating actively in Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
• Create and maintain business process models using tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart to visualize workflows and system interactions.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for proposed changes or new initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Stay current with industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
