Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience, preferably in technology or software development environments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be adept at translating complex business requirements into actionable deliverables.

This role requires excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop clear and concise user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications to guide software development and business process improvement.
Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Collaborate with Agile teams, participating actively in Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
Create and maintain business process models using tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart to visualize workflows and system interactions.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for proposed changes or new initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and deliverables.
Assist in defining acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
Monitor project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders and management.
Stay current with industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology, software development, or IT service environments.

Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and project management principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.

Experience using business process modeling and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Adaptable, with a demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
