About the Role :
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution. Youll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate complex product features into clear, actionable documentation. Your work will directly influence how features are designed, built, and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product vision, roadmap, and key feature sets
- Break down high-level concepts into detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
- Create and maintain Requirement Documents (BRDs / FRDs), Process Flows, and Use Case Diagrams
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of requirements with Engineering, QA, and Design teams
- Work with stakeholders to capture edge cases, dependencies, and data needs
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning support, and ticket readiness in JIRA (or similar tools)
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating features against requirements
- Keep documentation up to date with evolving product changes and decisions
What Were Looking For :
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or tech-drivenenvironment
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teamsAbility to write clear, concise, and unambiguous user stories, requirement specs, and documentationFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart (or similar)Exposure to B2B software or Enterprise SaaS platformsExperience working closely with UI / UX teamsUnderstanding of APIs, data models, or database basicsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to quickly understand complex systems and workflowsWhy Join Us?
