What skills are we looking for ?

6+ years of experience as a Technical / IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
Proficient in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma / Balsamiq, Visio, or similar.
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and integration concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification Criteria and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

What would be your role and responsibilities ?

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and create user stories / use cases.

Prepare process flows, system diagrams, wireframes, and documentation as needed.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in Agile / Scrum environments.

Support product managers in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and impact analysis
