Business Analyst - BFSI

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to e-Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Intra-group transactions
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Conduct impact analysis and gap assessments on existing systems
• Support testing phases including UAT, SIT, and regression testing
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation for all assigned initiatives
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to align systems with global regulatory Requirements :
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Proven domain knowledge in e-Invoicing, AR / AP processes, and intercompany / intra-group transactions
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to finance and accounting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
