We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the International Voice / Blended role at KVC Consultants Ltd. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our international clients, primarily through voice interactions, with the flexibility to also handle chat or email communications as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from international customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively and courteously.
- Provide support through non-voice channels (chat / email) as per business requirements, ensuring consistent quality across all communication mediums.
- Actively listen to customer needs, empathize with their situations, and offer accurate, comprehensive solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the designated system.
- Adhere strictly to established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards for all customer interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information, system updates, and process changes.
- Strive to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Skills Requirement :
