We are hiring for a Team Lead position with a leading MNC. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing teams in an International Voice Process environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling international voice support.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and drive the team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct performance reviews and create action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory : Experience in International Voice Process with team leadership exposure (minimum 1.5 years in a lead role).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in US or rotational shifts.Problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.Skills Required
