Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and provide solutions to their inquiries.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Document all calls and interactions accurately in the system.
- Provide accurate information on products and services offered by the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong listening and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.Skills Required
