We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of International Voice Hiring UK & US Process in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients in the UK and US markets. This role requires effective communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone and provide solutions to their inquiries.
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Document all calls and interactions accurately in the system.
Provide accurate information on products and services offered by the company.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.

Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.

Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
