Requirements :
- Business Masters degree
- 8 Years minimum experience in global scale program management (managed as projects) for large quantity of candidates
- 2 Years minimum experience in strategy definition and roadmap creation and / or deployment
- Strong experience in highly experienced candidate management
- Previous experience in global company certification / training deployment program with external provider
- Proven communication with international programs in a large corporate international company
- Strong experience in cross-cultural team / people management
- Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
- Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once
- Advanced communication skills with candidates and all levels of the organization internally or externally
- Advanced powerpoint or other presentation skills for all levels of the organization
- Ability to challenge the status quo

- Technical competences regarding digital learning and communication tools and Alstom university toolbox is a big asset : MS Sharepoint, Klaxoon, Bealink, Easymovie for video creations etc, Komodal-Metaverse.
