Learning Consultant

Position Overview :

We are seeking dynamic and experienced faculty members to join our Online Programmes Division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes. The role will include curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. Faculty members will also manage a large pool of adjunct / guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.

Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.

Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.

Participate in guest faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.

Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.

Maintain and enhance subject matter expertise by staying current with developments in computer science and related fields, including emerging technologies and industry practices.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work across diverse teams, including guest faculty and administrative staff.

Capacity to identify challenges in programme delivery and student outcomes and propose innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Technical and hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas : AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.

Experience working with and delivering complex, large scale technology projects.

Relevant Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people in an online setting.

Desirable Additional Qualifications :

Certification(s) in relevant technologies or methodologies.

Experience mentoring or advising adult learners or professionals in a certificate or continuing education programme.
