Technology Program Manager - IT Project Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing multifaceted programs, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver tangible value.

As a Program Manager, you will lead delivery across multiple products or platforms, manage diverse teams (including third-party vendors), and be accountable for the program's overall success, including governance, budget, and communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program Planning : Create and maintain the end-to-end program plan for a product or platform, ensuring clear objectives and a roadmap for delivering business value.
• Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional and multi-geography teams, providing direction on solution architecture, dependency integration, and implementation strategy.
• Release Management : Manage and oversee the release process for products within the program, ensuring a smooth and controlled deployment lifecycle.
• Governance & Reporting : Establish a clear program governance structure, manage resources and costs, and provide regular communication and status reports to all stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
