Teachers use the products - Thinking Classroom and Thinking Assessments - in their lesson plans to ask good questions to children, make children think and develop the habit of lifelong learning. Open Door is currently expanding across India and outside.The chosen candidate for this role will expand Open Door’s presence in Karnataka and Telangana. The candidate will be solely responsible for all stages of sales : from contacting a school decision maker to fixing a meeting to negotiating and closing the deal with the school.Requirements : - Should want to make a change to the school system- Good at convincing, great communication- Open to travel (on an average 3 days / week outside base city)The day to day tasks will include –a. Researching best schools and decision makers in the given geographical areab. Calling / Emailing the decision maker to fix a meetingc. Making cold visits to fix a meetingd. Present Open Door’s work to school’s director, principal and teacherse. Follow up and negotiate to close the dealf.
