Job description

We are hiring for our tech client in Gen AI and SaaS Solutions for Inside Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for driving lead generation and meeting arrangement for the sales teams through a multi-channel outreach strategy. This role includes account research, opportunity identification, and the development of penetration plans. The executive will also support sales strategy by generating market intelligence and managing the sales funnel through targeted geographies targeting India, Middle East / UAE, and North America.

Location – Noida

Experience - 7-10 Years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads and new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media, targeting India, Middle East / UAE, and North America.
  • Identify key decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn, Discoverer, Jigsaw, Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Wayne, Thomson Data, etc.
  • Conduct background research on prospects, analyse their technology landscape, and align company offerings to their pain points.
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and research to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Determine key buying influencers and assess prospect budgets and timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain regular communication to advance them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and grow the sales funnel to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems, including client communications and documentation.
  • Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards by geography / customer segment.
  • Meet targets for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities and drive them toward closure.
  • Promote the full suite of company offerings, including SaaS, AI, and digital transformation services.
  • Support the creation of new revenue streams and strategic accounts.
  • Build lasting professional relationships with client stakeholders and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Contribute to developing a solutions-focused mindset and scalable sales methodology across the sales team.

Key Skills and Experience Required :

  • In-depth knowledge of IT applications such as CRM and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales for India, Middle East / UAE, and North America markets.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Products and Services, SaaS, AI, and Digital Transformation technologies.
  • Ability to drive conversations and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Prior experience in early-stage sales environments is a plus.
  • Job Specifications :

  • Experience : 7–10 years in Inside Sales / Lead Generation, with at least 2 years in SaaS, AI solutions, or platform-based selling.
  • Education : Minimum Graduate; Post-Graduation preferred.
  • Industry Experience : B2B Inside Sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Regional Knowledge : Deep understanding of sales dynamics across India, Middle East, and North America.
  • Personal Traits :
  • Highly self-driven and motivated
  • Strong professional network
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Well networked
  • Self-propelling
  • Prior start up experience would be preferred
