Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership and Management :
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.Monitor daily activities and sales performance, providing constructive feedback and support.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous professional development.Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize team performance.Ensure the team is following best practices in lead management, sales pitches, and customer engagement.Collaboration and Reporting :
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Maintain a deep understanding of Aimlay's products and services to effectively guide the team.Required Skills : Experience :
3+ years of experience in an inside sales team leader or management role.Proven experience in a high-growth sales environment.Leadership and Communication :
