Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader - Inside Sales to join our team in Delhi.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading a high-performing inside sales team.
  • You will be responsible for driving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional performance while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and Management :

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor daily activities and sales performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous professional development.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution :

  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize team performance.
  • Ensure the team is following best practices in lead management, sales pitches, and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration and Reporting :

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Aimlay's products and services to effectively guide the team.
  • Required Skills : Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in an inside sales team leader or management role.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth sales environment.
  • Leadership and Communication :

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen :

  • Solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and data.
