We are a fast-growing organization seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Inside Sales Manager / GTM Engineer. This role combines sales strategy, data-driven execution, and GTM engineering to strengthen enterprise market presence. More than years of experience, we value adaptability, proven success in B2B inside sales, and the ability to leverage new-age GTM tools to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify high-potential target companies and craft go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and manage prospect databases, identifying key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Drive outbound sales initiatives and lead generation activities across US and Indian markets.
  • Configure, integrate, and optimize workflows across GTM tools (Clay, Lemlist, Wati, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
  • Track and monitor funnel progression, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable GTM workflows and enhance sales operations efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualification :

  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Wati, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.
  • Proven success in B2B inside sales, especially in the US market (India exposure is a plus).
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience (adaptability and results-driven mindset valued over exact years).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on funnel metrics and performance.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and build scalable solutions.
