What We're Looking For :
15-18 years of hands-on experience in inside sales, preferably in a startup environment.
Proven track record of building and scaling inside sales teams from the ground up.
Exceptional people leadership and sales coaching abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a strong bias for execution and accountability.
Flexibility to adapt in dynamic environments and always ready to go the extra mile.
Strong communication, CRM expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills.
