Job Summary :
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professionals (BDM / BDE) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms to pitch Revinfotech's services.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable technology solutions in areas like Mobile App Development, Web Development, Blockchain, Fintech, and AI.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from initial contact and proposal to negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Key Skills Required :
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience with CRM tools (e., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Knowledge of international markets (especially US, UK, UAE) is Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.1-3 years of experience for BDE role.5+ years of experience for BDM role.Why Join Revinfotech?
