Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi or Malayalam to resolve queries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate product / service information, troubleshoot customer issues, and offer solutions in real-time.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude in every customer interaction.
- Record and document customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further action.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless customer support.
- Assist in achieving team and company performance metrics such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and service standards.
- Promote and upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
