We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator and problem solver, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and social media
- Providing technical support to customers and resolving any issues they may have
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement
