We are seeking a motivated Customer Support-Domestic Voice representative to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming customer calls and provide exceptional support.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide product information and assist customers with their orders.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Basic understanding of customer service principles.

Proficiency in using computers and familiar with CRM software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
