Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer customer calls and resolve queries in Hindi and Tamil
  • Provide information about products, services, or complaints
  • Log details of conversations in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Follow call handling scripts and company policies
  • Meet targets like call quality, AHT, and CSAT

Requirements :

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and basic English
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-friendly attitude and patience
  • Skills Required
