Key Responsibilities :
- Answer customer calls and resolve queries in Hindi and Tamil
- Provide information about products, services, or complaints
- Log details of conversations in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Follow call handling scripts and company policies
- Meet targets like call quality, AHT, and CSAT
