Product Support Executive

We are seeking a Product Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a passion for helping customers resolve their product-related issues. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by customers.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with product development teams to escalate complex issues.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and common issues.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed.
