VidhyaSarvodaya Analytics offers a 6-month Data and Business Analytics weekend course designed for freshers and aspiring analysts. Our comprehensive curriculum includes SQL, Tableau, Python, and real-world projects, along with resume and interview preparation. The course aims to provide job and interview assistance, with live weekend classes starting on September 15, 2025. We believe in learning for a cause, and upto 5% of the course fee is donated to charity.

Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time internship or apprenticeship remote role for a Caller at VidhyaSarvodaya Analytics. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information about our Data and Business Analytics course, answering their questions, and assisting them with the registration process. The Caller will also follow up with registered students to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and will gather feedback to help improve our services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively explain course details and benefits to potential students
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of the data analytics field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
