We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader for our calling team in Noida, India for a leading Finance company not an insurance or a loan selling company The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for leading a team of callers, driving performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Day shift
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of callers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement effective calling strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare reports on team performance and suggest improvements to management.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in a calling or telemarketing role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.Skills Required
