Job descriptionMinimum 1 year prior experience in Medical billing AR profile. Should be able to get claim status from Website, IVR, and insurance representatives. Technical expert in related computer applications with decent typing skills & Excel. Candidate should have excellent written communication skills in English. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets. Ability to work with others in a close manner. Able to maintain customer confidentiality. Ready for night shift and work from office. 5 days working. A pick & drop facility is available (in selected hiring zone) and for self-commuters, traveling allowance will be given. Meal facility.
Job description
We are seeking dedicated Accounts Receivable Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for healthcare clients, handling inquiries related to outstanding balances, processing payments, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
Job Responsibilities : -
- Calling insurance companies and patients for benefits / eligibility verification.
- Checking eligibility & benefits through designated web portals.
- Email communication with patients via Zendesk.
- Responding to patients tickets and questions related to insurance verification on Zendesk.
- Preparing and sending prior authorizations to insurance companies via fax and web portals.
- Reviewing EOB, capturing denials, fixing them for payments, and understanding recoupments.
