Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in signage or digital printing industry . The ideal candidate will lead a small team, drive business growth, and generate sales from corporate and government clients .

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at VIN Semiconductors Private Limited, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include overseeing and coordinating sales activities, initiating and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales trends and performance data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Managing Sales Teams
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
• Experience in signage industry is preferred
• Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite
