Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the architectural segment and achieve sales targets in the Zone.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, project management companies, and key decision-makers in the industry.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials targeting the architectural segment for the zone.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Work closely with the sales team on new initiatives and making them accountable with the on the job coaching, joint customer visits, right review mechanisms, feedback sessions etc.
7. Work with the product development team to understand customer requirements and provide feedback for product improvement & new product development in the zone.
8. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement in the zone.
9. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
10. Conduct presentations, seminars, trainings, and product demonstrations to educate and engage potential customers.
