Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Import Sales at our Navi Mumbai location.
• The Manager Import Sales will be responsible for managing import-export operations, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with various stakeholders including ocean freight services, and ensuring efficient, compliant import processes.
• Daily tasks include overseeing import logistics, resolving customer queries, monitoring market trends, and optimizing Experience in managing Import and Export operations
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Knowledge of Ocean freight services and logistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
