Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected VP – Sales to lead sales efforts in the defence and law enforcement domains. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and securing opportunities for our analytics and digital transformation solutions within the Indian Army and related agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions within Indian Army units, commands, and law enforcement organizations.
• Leverage personal and professional connections with senior Army officers and public security officials to build trust and open doors for business collaboration.
• Lead end-to-end sales efforts from opportunity identification to closure, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
• Introduce and position our company's solutions to defence establishments, paramilitary forces, and law enforcement agencies as a trusted partner in digital innovation.
• Work closely with internal product, delivery, and technology teams to align client requirements with customized solutions.
• Stay updated on defence modernization initiatives, procurement programs, and digital transformation trends in the security sector.
