Vice President - SaaS Platform

We're hiring a Vice President of Software Engineering - SaaS Platform| Noida, India

Are you ready to lead the engineering function of a global SaaS platform that impacts millions across industries.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee the entire platform engineering strategy and execution - from building and scaling high-performing teams to driving the technical vision, culture, and delivery of a world-class SaaS product.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate with executives across product, design, sales, customer success, and marketing to define and deliver transformative solutions on a global scale.

What You'll Do :

• Define and execute the platform engineering strategy aligned to the company's product and business goals
• Lead and guide the Platform Engineering organization in executing global R&D roadmap priorities.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams of 100+ engineers while fostering innovation and collaboration
• Collaborate closely with product management to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Ensure delivery of a reliable, scalable SaaS platform with optimal uptime, performance, and security
• Drive engineering excellence through Agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
• Drive initiatives for product transformation, including migrating and building new products on the platform.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards and procedures as established by Engineering leadership.
• Deliver engineering excellence in execution, technical vision, and direction, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
• Advocate for the continued adoption of Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, JIRA management, and sprint planning.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding the status of the platform engineering team, highlighting achievements and identifying areas requiring additional support.
