Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents and use cases.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
