We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BA will play a key role in requirement gathering, documentation, and facilitating Agile / Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. Prior experience in BFSI or Telecom domains is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support project execution by facilitating Agile / Scrum ceremonies.
- Document and maintain project artifacts using Jira and Confluence.
- Analyze and validate requirements against business objectives.
- Provide domain insights in BFSI / Telecom projects to align business and IT solutions.
- Perform basic data analysis and queries using SQL to support requirement validation.
